1. Product overview

2. Use method

Nanometer titanium dioxide powder was mixed with pure water (deionized water or distilled water) to prepare a photocatalytic liquid with a mass fraction of about 5%.

After that, the photocatalyst solution is mixed with the amino resin (mixture of melamine formaldehyde resin and urea formaldehyde resin) in accordance with the ratio of about 1:9 to form the photocatalyst-amino resin adhesive.

After that, the paper such as plain color base paper or printing decoration paper that needs to be treated is impregnated in the photocatalyst-amino resin adhesive and dried to a certain extent, and the photocatalyst-impregnated paper is formed by hot pressing, or the photocatalyst-impregnated sheet is formed by gluing with the wood-based board substrate.

Note: According to the needs of customers, the concentration, pH value and dosage ratio of the above-mentioned photocatalyst liquid can be adjusted in this process to obtain the effect desired by customers.
